During this phase, materials, finishes, and more specific design details are considered and incorporated. In this phase, the design intent is translated into a set of comprehensive construction documents. These documents provide detailed instructions to contractors on how to build the project. The drawings include information about dimensions, materials, finishes, structural systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and more. The documents also address compliance with building codes and local regulations. The level of detail is significant to ensure accurate and consistent execution during construction.

Once the construction documents are finalized and approved, the project moves into the construction phase. During construction administration, we act as liaisons between the client and the contractors. We visit the construction site regularly to ensure that the project is being built according to the design intent and the approved plans.
